Sara Palmer Nutrition Therapy is a non-diet, weight inclusive private practice offering in person and virtual nutrition therapy owned and operated by Sara Palmer, a Registered Dietitian and Lactation Consultant located in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

Sara believes your health, your nutrition, and your body size should never stand in the way of you receiving respectful and individualized care. Sara helps women reach their reproductive goals without focusing on weight or restrictive diets. This means you’ll get help improving your relationship with food in a way that doesn’t focus on your weight, put you on a diet, or shame you for your choices. Instead, you’ll get compassionate, inclusive, and ethical care. We’ll focus on adding things into your life, instead of creating rigid food rules and restrictions.

Sara is licensed to provide virtual nutrition therapy services to all of South Carolina and West Virginia. Services are also available to states without licensure requirements.
