Make the next right step in your education, career, and business with the support you deserve.

Real talk, it wasn’t an easy path for me to get here. I bet your path hasn’t been easy either.

No matter your stage in the journey—dietetics student, nutritionist, dietetic intern, new dietitian, or seasoned dietitian—figuring out the next step can be HARD. I want to help you make the next step in your journey with confidence. Friend, you are so deserving of support.

Imposter syndrome runs rampant in dietetics.

The jury is out on if dietetics attracts those with imposter syndrome or our educational journey beats it into us (I personally think it’s a fun lil mix of both). Regardless, it’s here to rear it’s ugly head. I can remember each stage of my dietetics journey and the ways imposter syndrome showed up for me so clearly. I’ve precepted and mentored enough students/interns to know it probably shows up for you too. Time in the field to build my confidence and skills has helped, but supervision, talk therapy, and a good professional network have been key.

Our educational careers can only prepare us for so much.

And unfortunately, they don’t prepare us nearly enough (read any at all) for reproductive health, weight inclusive care, or private practice. So naturally, I wanted a career centered on this trifecta. While I’ve been in this space for nearly a decade, the resources that combine the three weren’t accessible to me when I needed them—and tbh, still aren’t out there enough. This is why I am offering mentorship and supervisor to other students, interns, and dietitians. I am so thankful for everything I’ve learned on my own and through my incredible supervisors, friends, and therapist. I know the benefit of being able to get the help you need when you need it and I know the struggle of not being able to get the help you need when you need it.

I want you to have the help you deserve.
