The Buzz on Sara Palmer Nutrition Therapy
After fighting myself and yo-yo dieting for all of my teenage and adult years, in the past six months Sara has helped me take baby steps in rebuilding a positive relationship with food. In addition to that, she has helped me be more kind and compassionate to myself. In a world flooded with diet culture and body objectification, I am finally starting to break free from those ties and it is so refreshing. This journey has been a challenging road and is a continuous work in progress, but Sara is patient, kind, and adaptable to what I need.
